Currently, she is managing IP Portfolios of media companies especially Copyrights and Trademarks. Wherein she devises IP Protection Plans, Brand Management Plans & Strategies; drafts Take Down & Legal Notices for any kind of IP Infringement; draft, review and negotiate agreements; and regularly advise businesses on media & IP related matters.

She regularly advises her clients on a wide range of legal and business issues in the entertainment & media industry (including television, films, OTT etc.). She drafts, reviews & negotiates all kinds of media-related contracts & agreements (like Talent agreements, Production agreements, Licensing agreements, Assignment agreements, Distribution agreements, Music License agreements, Work Made For Hire agreements, Celebrity agreements, Influencer agreements, NDAs, etc). She also assists her clients in drafting various important policies like privacy policies, end-user license agreements, terms of services to protect and manage content on the internet. Additionally, she advises & updates her clients on the latest laws and compliance they need to follow. She also assists in Employment-related matters – legal notices, termination notices, consultancy contracts, employment contracts, labor law advisories, corporate company policies, etc.

Before establishing her firm TrailBlazer Advocates, Isheta was associated with the leading IP Law Firm S.S. Rana & Co. where she worked extensively on developing legal strategies in several niche areas such as intermediary liability, curbing counterfeiting & piracy, managing copyrights in the digital world, legal approaches to enforce IPR, IP issues in the e-commerce industry. She also worked on legal research projects for leading international industry associations such as the Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO), Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), etc.

She has also worked with Scriboard, Advocates and Legal Consultants wherein she drafted legal opinions related to trademarks, concerning unconventional marks, exhaustion rights and first sale doctrine, design rights and patents vis-a-vis fashion industry, compulsory licensing, university patent licensing agreement, ownership & authorship in copyright work, digitization of library and copyright infringement. She was also involved in assisting in several domain name or INDRP matters.
